Backend is based on an XRM solution either SaaS or on premise.
RFID tagged (Kanban) cards start an action when stuck in a QuWikiBOARD.
Action can be:

• ordering via Mail
• ordering via CSV/FTP
• ordering directly in an ERP system
• any other actions that are defined in the backend

The advantage is that endusers don´t need IT access. They just put cards in a board and always have visual control by looking at the cards in the board.
